About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding technology solutions provider in Randburg , is seeking driven Graduate Business Development Representatives to join their sales team. This role is crucial for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, playing a key role in the company's growth strategy. You will work closely with the sales and marketing departments, developing essential sales skills and contributing directly to revenue generation. We are looking for ambitious, communicative individuals with a proactive attitude and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment, offering a blend of office-based collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients and target markets through various channels.
Initiate contact with prospective customers via phone, email, and social media.
Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs and determining their fit for our solutions.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns.

Requirements

A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
Strong research and analytical abilities to identify potential leads.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
