Monday to Friday, full-time
Based in Stevenage
£26,000 - £28,000 per annum

Customer Service Executive - Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts and act as their main point of contact
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally
Proactively contact customers to understand their needs and maintain engagement
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and account growth
Re-engage inactive or declining accounts
Promote new products, offers and campaigns
Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements
Maintain accurate customer and order records
Work with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels
Share customer feedback and commercial opportunities with the wider business
Customer Service Executive - What We're Looking For
Previous experience in customer service, account management or a similar customer-facing role
Confident communication skills and an ability to build relationships
Customer-focused with good commercial awareness
Proactive approach with confidence to pick up the phone
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities
Positive, professional and self-motivated approach
