A top-rate law firm is seeking a Senior Trade Mark Paralegal to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is for an experienced Paralegal with at least 4 years’ experience working within a busy trade mark department. A CITMA qualification would be beneficial for this role. To be successful, you’ll need strong experience in handling, filings, oppositions, registrations, formalities etc.

• Preparing and filing trade mark applications.
• Maintaining the firm’s IP management system.
• Handling oppositions procedures.
• Attending to formalities work.
• Liaising with clients.
• Processing incoming communications.
• Preparing correspondence.
