Social Worker - Family Help Team

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Family Help Team in Enfield. This role is essential in providing support and intervention to families facing challenges, ensuring the well-being of children and promoting positive family dynamics. As a Social Worker in this dynamic environment, you will work collaboratively with a diverse team to assess needs, develop tailored support plans, and facilitate access to vital resources and services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of family situations to identify strengths and areas for support.
• Developing and implementing intervention plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
• Providing ongoing support, counseling, and advocacy to families in need.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work) and registration with Social Work England.

• Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and professionals.
