At MacIntyre, we support adults with learning disabilities in Leicester to live full, meaningful lives. We hire for values, not experience, because the right attitude matters more than a job history. We provide full training, so you'll never be left to figure it out alone.

Full or part time hours available - 2 to 5+ days per week

What will you actually do?

No two days look the same. You'll help people live the life they choose, whether that's learning new skills, getting involved in their community, or enjoying hobbies and days out. You might:

• Support James as he volunteers at a local food bank
• Help Lucy get ready for horse riding
• Cheer on Graham as he grows in independence
• Join David as he starts his next creative project

It's about being there, encouraging independence and celebrating what makes each person who they are.
