Full or part time hours available - 2 to 5+ days per week

What will you actually do?

No two days look the same. You'll help people live the life they choose, whether that's learning new skills, getting involved in their community, or enjoying hobbies and days out. You might:

• Support James as he volunteers at a local food bank
• Help Lucy get ready for horse riding
• Cheer on Graham as he grows in independence
• Join David as he starts his next creative project

It's about being there, encouraging independence and celebrating what makes each person who they are.
