Employment Type: Site Based Full Time Role 5 days per week Monday-Friday

About the Role

What we offer:

• Three-year graduate programme offering structured internal placements across key areas of the department, designed to build broad experience and professional confidence
• Rotational structure within the Technology function, giving you a well-rounded view of operations while allowing you to contribute meaningfully to each team you join
• Gain in-depth exposure to Production Unit operations, learning how chemical engineers support refinery processes and drive performance improvements
• Hands-on involvement in refinery unit production, including monitoring unit performance, analysing data,and providing technical recommendations to optimise output
• Accredited by the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE), ensuring high standards of professional development and industry recognition
• You'll be assigned an IChemE Chartered mentor from the Technology team to guide your progress and support your journey toward Chartered Status
• Understand the complete process life cycle of our products, from raw materials to final output, gaining valuable insight into industrial-scale chemical engineering
• Build a strong foundation of technical knowledge and practical experience to launch a successful long-term career at EET Fuels

About You

We are looking for:

• A graduate in Chemical Engineering with a minimum 2:1 grade
• Highly driven, dedicated, and focused individuals who demonstrate a strong commitment to personal and professional development within Essar
• Excellent literacy skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Confident communicators, capable of expressing ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats
• Comfortable presenting to a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
• Resilient and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to take ownership of tasks and challenges
