Via is recruiting a Health and Wellbeing Nurse to join the Adult Drug and Alcohol Service in Cheshire West and Chester, based in Northwich. The role supports clinical and treatment pathways, including Buvidal clinics, detox, BBV pathways, and wellbeing assessments for service users.
You will contribute to routine clinical checks and audits for the CQC registered service and be part of the MDT, helping patients stabilise their health and move toward a safer, more hopeful future.
