Health & Wellbeing Nurse: Addiction Care & Harm Reduction

Via is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Nurse to join the Adult Drug and Alcohol Service in Cheshire West and Chester (Base Northwich). You will support clinical and treatment pathways, including BBV pathways and health and wellbeing assessments for service users, contributing to routine checks for a CQC registered service.

Our nursing team delivers care with empathy and clear communication, working with the MDT to stabilise health, rebuild confidence, and move toward safer futures.
