What you will do

• Conduct assessments for adults at risk to determine their needs and make necessary referrals.
• Work collaboratively with various agencies to develop and implement effective safeguarding plans.
• Provide support and guidance to individuals and families accessing social care services.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports in compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and provide insights to improve service delivery standards.

Requirements for the Social Worker role

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
• Active registration with Social Work England.
• Considerable frontline experience within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
