Why be a Marketplace Executive at THG Beauty?
As Marketplace Executive, you will support the growth and commercial performance of LOOKFANTASTIC across TikTok Shop and Deliveroo. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of marketplace activity, including TikTok Shop Seller Centre and creator management, Deliveroo trading and campaign execution, performance analysis and reporting. This is a highly commercial and hands‑on role, suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, analysing data, spotting opportunities and turning insights into action.
You will also build strong relationships with the account managers and wider teams at TikTok Shop and Deliveroo, ensuring LOOKFANTASTIC maximises the opportunities available across both platforms.
As Marketplace Executive, you’ll:
TikTok Shop – Social Commerce
- Manage the day-to-day activity within TikTok Shop Seller Centre, ensuring products, promotions, pricing, stock and campaigns are accurately set up and optimised.
- Support the execution of the TikTok Shop trading calendar, including key commercial moments such as Black Friday, seasonal campaigns and platform‑led events.
- Work closely with brands and internal teams to ensure products and promotional activity are aligned with TikTok Shop opportunities.
- Support the management and growth of the TikTok Shop creator ecosystem, including creator outreach, product sampling, affiliate activity, incentives and performance tracking.
- Monitor creator and affiliate performance, identifying opportunities to increase content, traffic and sales.
- Work with TikTok Shop account managers to identify new commercial opportunities, platform features and growth initiatives.
- Monitor daily performance and react quickly to trading opportunities or issues.
Deliveroo – Quick Commerce
- Support the development and execution of the Deliveroo trading plan, ensuring campaigns and commercial activity are delivered on time.
- Manage the execution of promotional campaigns, offers, product selections and key trading moments on the platform.
- Work with internal teams to ensure the right assortment, pricing, stock and promotional mechanics are in place.
- Analyse sales and customer performance to identify opportunities to grow the Deliveroo channel.
- Collaborate with the Deliveroo account management team to maximise platform opportunities and ensure strong execution of agreed plans.
- Support testing and optimisation of new initiatives designed to drive customer acquisition, conversion and sales.
Trading, Performance & Analytics
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance across TikTok Shop and Deliveroo, including sales, orders, AOV, conversion, traffic, creator performance and campaign performance.
- Analyse marketplace trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and risks.
- Produce regular performance reports and communicate key insights to the wider business.
- Translate data into clear actions and recommendations to improve marketplace performance.
- Track performance against commercial targets and trading plans.
- Identify underperforming areas and proactively develop actions to improve results.
Marketplace Relationships
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with TikTok Shop and Deliveroo account managers.
- Act as a key day‑to‑day contact for marketplace partners, ensuring opportunities, updates and issues are communicated effectively.
- Stay up to date with new platform developments, features, commercial opportunities and industry trends.
- Bring marketplace insights back into the wider LOOKFANTASTIC business and identify opportunities for cross‑functional teams.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- Experience working in ecommerce, marketplaces, digital trading or a similar commercial environment.
- An understanding of platforms such as TikTok Shop and Deliveroo is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and confidence working with large datasets.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks from planning through to execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to build effective relationships with external partners and internal teams.
- A strong commercial mindset and interest in understanding what drives sales, customers and growth.
- A genuine interest in social commerce, creator commerce, quick commerce and the changing digital retail landscape.
