PropSource Consulting in Manchester is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a small, friendly team on a variety of education, heritage, housing, leisure and commercial projects across the North West.
The role is hybrid with three days in the office. You will be self-sufficient, build strong client relationships, manage cost plans, tenders and contract sums, and support project delivery while pursuing MRICS chartership or currently working towards it. Up to 45k DOE.
