Are you an experienced Supported Living Manager, Area Manager or Deputy Regional Manager looking for an opportunity to progress?

We're recruiting a Regional Manager to join an established not-for-profit organisation providing supported living services for adults with learning disabilities across Shropshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong operational management experience who is ready to take on wider leadership responsibilities.

You'll oversee a portfolio of supported living services, lead and develop Supported Living Managers, and work alongside an experienced Regional Manager who will provide ongoing mentoring and support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and developing Supported Living Managers across multiple services.
• Ensuring high-quality, person-centred support and positive outcomes.
• Overseeing safeguarding, CQC compliance and service quality.
• Managing operational performance, budgets and staffing resources.
• Building strong relationships with commissioners and external professionals.
• Driving service improvements and supporting organisational growth.
• Participating in the management on-call rota.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
• Significant experience within adult learning disability services.
• Experience managing Supported Living Managers or equivalent operational managers.
• Strong understanding of supported living, safeguarding and CQC requirements.
• Proven leadership and service improvement experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Level 5 Leadership and Management, PBS knowledge and CQC registration experience are desirable but not essential.
