Hours: 38 hours per week, Hybrid Working

About the Role

Are you an experienced Supported Living Manager or Deputy Regional Manager ready to take the next step in your career?

We are recruiting for a Regional Manager to join an established not-for-profit organisation providing person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities across Shropshire.

Reporting to the Head of Support & Inclusion, you will oversee a portfolio of supported living services, providing leadership, guidance and operational support to Supported Living Managers.

You will work alongside an experienced Regional Manager, offering excellent opportunities for mentoring, professional development and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, support and develop Supported Living Managers across multiple services.
Ensure high-quality, person-centred support and positive outcomes.
Oversee service quality, safeguarding, CQC compliance and operational performance.
Monitor budgets, staffing resources and service delivery.
Support managers with recruitment, supervision and staff development.
Build strong relationships with commissioners, health professionals and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement, service development and organisational growth.
Support services through change, transitions and operational challenges.
Participate in the out-of-hours management on-call rota.

Essential Requirements

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
Significant experience within adult learning disability services.
Experience managing Supported Living Managers or equivalent operational managers.
Strong knowledge of supported living, safeguarding and CQC requirements.
Experience leading teams, improving services and managing change.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Desirable: Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification, CQC registration experience, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) knowledge and experience working with commissioners.
