Family Solicitor / CILEX Lawyer (5-8 PQE)

A growing Family Department is looking for a Family Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to take on a varied caseload and help develop the team. The role combines responsibility for your own matters with the opportunity to support and mentor junior colleagues.

The firm

You'll join an established law firm with a presence across North Wales and Cheshire. You'll work closely with the Head of Family and colleagues in a supportive, collaborative team.

The role

You'll manage your own varied caseload, provide clear and practical advice to clients, and contribute to the continued development of the Family Department. You'll also help train and supervise junior team members and take part in business development.

About you

You'll have around 5-8 years' PQE, or equivalent experience as a CILEX Lawyer, with solid experience in family law. You'll be confident managing your own caseload, technically strong and focused on client care. The role will suit someone collaborative and commercially minded, who is interested in supporting junior colleagues and contributing to a growing team.

Salary and working arrangements

The salary is from £40,000, depending on experience. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Mold.
