About ReactWise

ReactWise is a software start-up based in Cambridge, UK, offering powerful no-code software for optimising chemical reactions. Founded in 2024, we now have dozens of pharma clients across the globe, including On Demand Pharmaceuticals and Pfizer . As an early-stage start-up, we offer the opportunity to build software at the cutting edge of machine learning and chemistry, with short iteration cycles and the autonomy to shape the software development process.

• Contribute to design discussions and give input on improving user experience
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code review
• Test and debug front-end features across different browsers and screen sizes

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot sponsor visas)
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience building web applications with React and TypeScript (through work, projects, or coursework). Please link your GitHub and/or portfolio on your CV
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and collaborative Git workflows
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Desirable Skills

• Flair and intuition for good UI/UX design, and experience with Figma
• A basic understanding of relational databases
