Strategic Assistant HR Business Partner – Growth & Change

Persimmon Homes is seeking an Assistant HR Business Partner on a fixed-term 12-month contract to provide strategic and operational HR services to PLC group functions. You will report to the Head of HR Solutions and, with a HR Advisor, support HR initiatives and projects across the organisation.

The role requires national travel to attend meetings and will involve partnering with senior stakeholders to drive HR strategies and policy development within a leading UK housebuilder.
