People Advisor: ER & HR Compliance Expert

Pret a Manger is seeking a People Advisor to partner with the People Business Partners and the wider People Team across the UK Equity shops. You will provide practical, commercially minded People advice that supports managers, teams and employment legislation alignment, while delivering a positive employee experience.

You’ll own HR administration, ensure policy compliance, and bring energy, curiosity and a passion for people to help every team thrive in Pret’s values-driven environment.
