ICTS UK Ltd. is seeking an ESCC Controller based in Hammersmith, London, working 4 on/4 off days and nights. You will monitor incidents, manage escalations, and report across the EMEA region using mass notification platforms and CCTV/access control tools.
You will troubleshoot security systems and escalate per SOPs, collaborating with ESCC Supervisors and Intel Analysts to maintain operational efficiency and excellence in service.
