Infant Feeding Deputy Ward Sister — Neonatal Care Leader

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an Infant Feeding Deputy Ward Sister to join our dedicated Neonatal Service. You will lead hands‑on clinical care for our smallest patients while championing infant feeding initiatives.

In this role you’ll guide policy and practice, lead change management, influence equipment decisions and provide training to the clinical team as we work towards Baby Friendly Accreditation.
