Service Advisor – ECOP Car, Bonus & OTE

Renault Watford is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. You will work in a friendly dealership environment focused on delivering a professional, well-organised customer experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Responsibilities include handling customer communications, booking into the workshop, preparing estimates and invoicing, and coordinating with Technicians to track progress. A customer-focused, calm, and efficient approach is essential.
