Retail Operations Specialist: Stock & Deliveries (Flexible Hours)

Marks & Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant in Operations. The role is fast-paced, physically demanding and supports the store by handling stock, deliveries and all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the shop floor full and ready for customers to shop.

You'll use digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock, work across store teams, and adapt to early mornings and busy periods with a focus on speed, accuracy and teamwork.
