Operations Customer Assistant: Stock & Deliveries

MARKS&SPENCER in Bath is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations. You’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, handling stock, deliveries and essential behind‑the‑scenes work to keep the shop floor full and ready for customers.

This role is physically demanding and high‑intensity, requiring speed, accuracy and teamwork. You’ll use digital tools to track deliveries and stock, and adapt across store functions to keep pace with retail demands.
