What you'll be doing:
Helping customers via email, live chat and social media, including Instagram and TikTok.
Resolving order, delivery, return, exchange and refund queries.
Working with warehouse teams and couriers to keep orders on track.
Handling complaints and spotting ways to improve the customer experience.
What you'll bring:
Previous customer service experience, ideally in e-commerce or online retail.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Zendesk or Gorgias, PayPal and Scurri.
Great communication skills, attention to detail and a calm head when things get busy.
