Marketing Team Customer Service - Ecommerce

£27,000 | Loughton | Hybrid | Full-time

Love dealing with clients? Know how to turn a customer query into a great experience? We’re looking for a proactive, friendly Customer Service candidate to join a growing e-commerce team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Helping customers via email, live chat and social media, including Instagram and TikTok.

• Resolving order, delivery, return, exchange and refund queries.

• Working with warehouse teams and couriers to keep orders on track.

• Handling complaints and spotting ways to improve the customer experience.

What you’ll bring:

• Previous customer service experience, ideally in e-commerce or online retail.

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Zendesk or Gorgias, PayPal and Scurri.

• Great communication skills, attention to detail and a calm head when things get busy.

• Confidence using Excel and Word.
