Evoke staffing are recruiting for an experienced Reach Truck driver for our client based in Droylsden. The role is ongoing Mon-Fri 07.30am-16.30pm. The role is based in a cold store environment with the temp being as low as -20c. PPE will be provided.

Responsibilities
Safely operate reach trucks to pick, place, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse
Use warehouse management systems to track inventory movements accurately
Perform routine equipment inspections and minor repairs to ensure optimal operation
Assist with shipping and receiving activities, verifying shipments against documentation
Handle materials with precision, ensuring proper stacking and storage according to safety standards
Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse layout and workflow processes
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to promote a safe working environment
Requirements
Proven experience operating reach trucks or similar forklift equipment in a warehouse setting
Familiarity with warehouse management systems for inventory control
Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment troubleshooting and repairs
Strong materials handling skills, including heavy lifting and precise placement of goods
Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and measurements
Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and safety protocols
Excellent attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork orientation
