The role will involve carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a high-end residential property, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards. You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

This position would suit someone with general building maintenance experience, looking for a stable role within a luxury hospitality environment offering excellent benefits and long-term progression.

The Role:

• Planned and reactive building maintenance
• General mechanical, electrical and building repairs
• 5 days out of 7, including some weekends (8-hour shifts between 8am-8pm)

The Person:

• General building maintenance experience
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Commutable to West London.
