Huntress Recruitment is working with a business in Newbridge to recruit an enthusiastic Administrator to join their team.

This is a varied administrative role where you will be supporting the wider team with day-to-day office tasks, keeping information up to date and making sure everything runs smoothly.

What you will be doing:

• Providing general administrative support to the wider team
• Processing information and keeping internal systems and databases up to date
• Preparing and maintaining documents and records
• Updating spreadsheets and entering data accurately
• Monitoring deadlines and making sure tasks are completed on time
• Liaising with colleagues and other departments as required
• Supporting the team with any other general administration

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in an administration or office-based role
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Someone who is organised and able to manage their own workload
• A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a friendly team
