Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts

6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

Friday: 6am-10am / 10am-2pm

The Best Connection are recruiting for a CNC Rout Operator on behalf of our client in Telford.

This role involves operating CNC routing machinery to separate finished circuit boards from production panels and manufacture internal components used within the PCB process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating CNC routing machines
• Routing finished circuit boards from mother panels
• Manufacturing internal piece parts to create windows for bonding PCBs
• Following engineering specifications and production instructionsCompleting quality checks on finished components
• Maintaining machine performance and housekeeping standards

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous CNC or machine operating experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience desirable
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work to quality standards
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working rotating shifts
