Kraken Robotics, Inc. is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to provide administrative support across onboarding, HR systems, payroll and benefits, and employee lifecycle activities. Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner, you will help ensure processes are organized, accurate, and timely.
This role supports recruitment coordination, documentation, engagement initiatives, attendance, probation, and absence management, while escalating complex matters as needed.
