We're looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join a busy and forward-thinking People team, playing a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional employee experience from onboarding through to career development and beyond. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration experience who wants to build or develop a career in HR and People services.

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Acting as the first point of contact for People and HR queries
• Supporting employee lifecycle processes including starters, leavers and contractual changes
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
• Coordinating payroll-related activity and documentation
• Supporting employee relations casework and absence management processes
• Producing workforce reports and management information
• Organising meetings, taking notes and providing vital administrative support to the wider People team

Criteria:

• Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Confidence using databases, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office applications
• Outstanding organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, customer-focused approach
• An interest in developing a career within HR, People & Culture or employee services
• HR administration experience is preferred

This isn't a purely transactional HR administration role. You'll be at the heart of a people-focused team, helping managers and colleagues navigate key people processes while ensuring everything runs efficiently, professionally and with a human touch
