A well established full service firm in the south of England, acting for businesses and private clients.
A generalist HR role with a focus on early careers. You will advise managers and staff, handle absence, flexible working requests and employee relations, keep HR records compliant and run the trainee solicitor and apprentice programmes, including their qualification routes. You will also help with recruitment and onboarding.
Generalist HR experience at advisor or senior coordinator level, some involvement with apprentice or trainee schemes and good knowledge of UK employment law. CIPD is a plus but not essential. A full UK driving licence is needed.
A varied role with a real part in shaping how the firm brings in and develops new talent. Salary is competitive.
