Branta Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Trainee Technical Manager to support the end-to-end delivery of reactive, planned and specialist maintenance across commercial, residential and public sector properties.
You will shadow senior Technical Managers and Contracts Directors to develop into a full Technical Manager. No prior management experience is required, but you should have strong building literacy, problem-solving ability and the drive to progress within 18–24 months.
