Part-Time | Contractual Position

MBR Dental are assisting a dental practice in Newton Abbot, Devon to recruit a Locum Dentist on a contractual basis.

Key Details:

• Available as soon as possible (notice periods considered)
• On-going Locum position
• Part-time role, 2–3 days per week
• Surgery days: Monday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am-5pm & Saturday 9am-5pm.
• Flexible UDA allocation
• £17 per UDA
• 50% split on private work
• Monthly pay
• 50/50 lab bills for NHS & Private treatments
• Mixed practice environment – NHS, Plan, and Private

Practice Overview:

• 11-surgery practice with spacious, modern surgeries
• IOS scanner, Digital X-Rays, and Rotary Endodontics available
• Treatments include Implants, Short-Term Orthodontics, and Sedation (NHS & Private)
• Access to in-house training and development opportunities
• 5-minute walk from the train station, with on-street parking available.
• Newton Abbot is an historic market town surrounded by South Devon countryside. It is located close to Dartmoor National Park and hosts a variety of shops, restaurants and open spaces.

Requirements:

• GDC registration
• Active Performer Number
• Recent DBS certificate (required on request)
