Empowering Learning Ltd is recruiting a Children’s Support Worker (SEN TA) for a Bolton SEN school. You will provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND, helping them engage in learning and grow socially and emotionally.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, create personalised support plans, track progress and liaise with teachers, parents and external agencies to ensure consistent progress and well-being.
