Field Dental Nurse – Brentwood, Billericay & Basildon

Salary: £16.75–£17.75 per hour + £200 monthly car allowance

Hours: 40 hours per week

The Opportunity

The OPRA Group is recruiting a Qualified Field Dental Nurse on behalf of a well-established dental group, supporting practices across Brentwood, Billericay and Basildon.

The Role

As a Field Dental Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing chairside support across multiple dental practices within your designated region.
• Delivering excellent patient care while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring a clean, safe and compliant clinical environment.
• Following infection prevention and control procedures in line with CQC requirements and relevant HTM guidance.
• Supporting clinicians across a variety of dental treatments and procedures.
• Adapting quickly to different practice environments and working effectively with various teams.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of each practice.
• Building positive relationships with colleagues and contributing to a collaborative working environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A recognised Dental Nursing qualification and current GDC registration.
• Access to your own vehicle and the ability to travel between practices.
• A good understanding of CQC requirements and clinical compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• A friendly, professional and patient-focused approach.
• A flexible, positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues wherever needed.
