Priory Hospital Market Weighton is looking to recruit a Cleanerto join our team.

We are happy to discuss your preferences for working days and hours, with shifts typically available between 7am–5pm, Monday to Sunday.Priory Hospital Market Weighton, East Yorkshire is a level 2 rehabilitation service for adult males, offering a tailored therapeutic programme focused on stabilisation, skills development, and community integration. It is accessible by public transport, with a bus stop nearby and local bus and train links in the surrounding area. The M62 motorway is approximately 8 miles away, with road connections along the main York–Hull route.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across the site
• Following cleaning schedules and Priory standards
• Using cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or hazards
• Working as part of a team to deliver a high-quality service
• Supporting colleagues where required

What you'll bring to the role

• Good standard of English, with basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to carry out an active role throughout the day
