OurclientislookingtorecruitaNurseryManager.

AsaNurseryManageryouwillberesponsiblefor:

• Playingakeyroleincreatingasafe,welcomingandstimulatingenvironmentthatpromoteschildren’slearning
• Youwilleffectivelymanagethedaytodayrunningofthenurserydeliveringoutstandingstandardsofcareandeducationinpartnershipwithcolleagues,parentsandchildren
• Beaccountableformeetingallobjectivesandnurserytargetswithacommercialandpeoplefocus,ensuringthenurseryifefficientandprofitable
• Leadthenurseryteamwithapositiveandpassionateoutlook,beingabletodealwithanyconflictresolutionwhiledevelopingyourselfandothersthroughprofessionaldevelopmentandmonitoringperformance
• Behappytobebigonourdifferencesandmaintainminimumoperatingstandards
• Youwillbebigoninspiring,exciting,andchallengingcolleaguestodeliverthebestchildcareandeducation

Thesuccessfulcandidatewillneed:

• MinimumLevel3QualificationinEarlyYears
• Minimumtwoyearsearlyyears’experience
• Earlyyearsmanagementexperiencepreferable
• ICTqualificationpreferableorverygoodknowledgeofMicrosoftapplications
• ExcellentknowledgeoftheEYFSandOfstedEarlyEducationinspectionFramework
