OurclientislookingtorecruitaNurseryManager.
AsaNurseryManageryouwillberesponsiblefor:
- Playingakeyroleincreatingasafe,welcomingandstimulatingenvironmentthatpromoteschildren'slearning
- Youwilleffectivelymanagethedaytodayrunningofthenurserydeliveringoutstandingstandardsofcareandeducationinpartnershipwithcolleagues,parentsandchildren
- Beaccountableformeetingallobjectivesandnurserytargetswithacommercialandpeoplefocus,ensuringthenurseryifefficientandprofitable
- Leadthenurseryteamwithapositiveandpassionateoutlook,beingabletodealwithanyconflictresolutionwhiledevelopingyourselfandothersthroughprofessionaldevelopmentandmonitoringperformance
- Behappytobebigonourdifferencesandmaintainminimumoperatingstandards
- Youwillbebigoninspiring,exciting,andchallengingcolleaguestodeliverthebestchildcareandeducation
Thesuccessfulcandidatewillneed:
- MinimumLevel3QualificationinEarlyYears
- Minimumtwoyearsearlyyears'experience
- Earlyyearsmanagementexperiencepreferable
- ICTqualificationpreferableorverygoodknowledgeofMicrosoftapplications
- ExcellentknowledgeoftheEYFSandOfstedEarlyEducationinspectionFramework
