Aftersales Manager

The Role

• Lead the day-to-day running of a busy Aftersales Department
• Manage and develop Service and Parts teams
• Drive workshop efficiency, productivity and profitability
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Handle customer concerns, warranty claims, repairs and MOT-related queries
• Maintain high standards of service delivery and operational performance
• Take a hands-on approach when required

What We're Looking For

• Previous Aftersales Management experience within the motor trade is a MUST
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Full UK driving licence
