This is a great opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales / Shared Ownership professional who is ready to step up, take ownership of a sales function and have more influence over how schemes are marketed and sold.

You will join an established housing provider with a growing development programme, taking ownership of Shared Ownership, outright sales and resales across South East London.

The role

You will take ownership of the sales journey from launch through to completion, making sure homes are marketed effectively, sales values are maximised and buyers receive a great experience.

You will be involved in:

• Leading Shared Ownership and New Homes sales
• Creating and delivering sales & marketing strategies for new developments
• Managing launches, viewings, reservations and negotiations
• Driving off-plan sales and sales performance
• Managing and developing a Sales Executive
• Managing external sales agents, solicitors and marketing partners
• Overseeing resales, staircasing and other home ownership transactions
• Working closely with development, finance and housing teams
• Ensuring sales processes remain compliant with current legislation and Shared Ownership requirements

What we’re looking for

You will ideally already be working in New Homes, Shared Ownership or residential sales and be ready for a genuine step up.

You should have:

• Proven experience selling Shared Ownership / new homes
• Strong knowledge of the Shared Ownership sales process
• Experience progressing sales from enquiry through to completion
• Confidence negotiating with buyers, agents and solicitors
• A good understanding of conveyancing, leases and home ownership
• A track record of hitting targets and maximising sales values
• The confidence to manage agents, suppliers and stakeholders
• Ideally some team leadership or mentoring experience

You don't need to have held the exact "Senior Sales Executive" title before - we’re interested in someone who has the knowledge, confidence and ambition to step up .
