The Opportunity

We are looking for a results driven salesperson to join our growing team and play an important role in expanding our customer base and increasing the sales potential.

You will be a strong leader who can manage their workload, build positive client relationships, and ensure all quotations and enquiry responses are delivered to the client on time.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing existing accounts and taking projects from the initial enquiry through to order. Working closely with our design, estimating and projects teams to deliver the right solution for each customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive sales activity, networking and lead generation; monitor market trends and identify new opportunities within the modular building sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for repeat business and account growth.
• Respond to enquiries, identify customer requirements and follow sales opportunities from initial enquiry to successful order.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects meet customer expectations.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits and industry events where required.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven sales experience within modular buildings, including both hire and sales of modular units.
• Confidence dealing with customers at all levels, with a professional, customer-focused and consultative approach.
• Strong commercial awareness and motivation to achieve targets, with confidence developing new business and managing existing accounts.
• Excellent organisation, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage your own workload.
• A proactive mindset and excellent problem-solving ability, understanding customer requirements and translating them into practical building solutions.
• Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and standard sales tools, with reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
