Executive Assistant | Prestigious US Law Firm | £63k

We're delighted to be working with a highly regarded US law firm that is looking to recruit two experienced and enthusiastic Executive Assistants to support either their Real Estate or Technology & Transactions Practice.

Both roles are exciting opportunities to join a busy and high-performing team. The successful candidate will provide seamless 1:1 executive-level support to senior Partners helping them manage demanding schedules, client relationships and business priorities within a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and hardworking. This role would suit a hands-on PA/EA who enjoys being involved, anticipates needs before they arise and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment!

Key Responsibilities:

• Complex diary and inbox management
• Coordinating meetings, travel and business schedules
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Assisting with billing, expenses and business development activities
• Providing proactive administrative support across the practice

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of PA/EA experience within an international or US law firm
• Previous experience supporting a RE or Technology practice desired (but not essential)
• A hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved and add value
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with AI tools
