A Business Development Manager opportunity has opened up at a fast-growing marketing platform. This is a full-time, target-carrying role where you will own the entire new business process, from first conversation through to signed contract. The Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and owning a pipeline of managed services clients, drawing on outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, referrals and partner channels. You will run discovery conversations to understand how prospects currently handle their paid media, then lead demos and tailored proposals that make a clear commercial case for change. Once a deal is closed, you will hand over smoothly to the onboarding team and continue feeding market and competitor insight back into product and marketing.

What experience does the Business Development Manager need?

• At least three years in B2B sales or business development, ideally with experience selling into marketing functions such as martech, adtech or managed services
• The ability to sell consultatively, asking the right questions, listening carefully, and shaping the pitch around what each prospect actually needs
• A solid working knowledge of paid media, sufficient to hold credible conversations about platforms, performance metrics and attribution, even without a hands-on campaign background
• Confidence selling AI-powered services to buyers who may be weighing you against an incumbent agency or approaching the category with some scepticism
