2G Design and Build seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery on design-and-build fit-out projects in Birmingham. You will manage pre-construction through to final accounts, working with project management, design and delivery teams to optimise cost and value.
The role requires strong procurement, cost planning and risk management, with the ability to generate accurate cost reports and stay commercially focused in a fast-paced environment.
