Managing variations, valuations, applications for payment and final accounts
Procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers
Reviewing and agreeing subcontractor accounts
Monitoring project costs, margins and commercial performance
Working closely with Project Managers, Designers and the wider delivery team
Identifying commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project
Supporting the pre-construction and estimating teams where required
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers

About You:

We are keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors who have a background in commercial fit out, refurbishment or construction, ideally with experience working for a main contractor or design & build business.

You may be a Project QS already, or a Quantity Surveyor looking for the opportunity to take greater ownership and responsibility across projects.

Strong commercial awareness, good attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with clients and supply chain partners are important.

£60,000 - £75,000 salary depending on experience
Monthly bonus scheme
Opportunity to work on high-quality workplace and commercial fit-out projects
