At Korn Ferry, we help organisations align strategy and talent to drive performance. As demand for large-scale transformation continues to grow, we're expanding our UK&I Consulting team and are looking for an organised, client-focused Associate Consultant to support the delivery of complex client programmes.

This role is solution-agnostic. While many of our current programmes sit within Assessment & Succession and Leadership & Professional Development, what matters most is your ability to coordinate activity, manage priorities, and help deliver exceptional client experiences.

What you'll do

• Support the delivery of client engagements and project workstreams
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, actions and key milestones
• Schedule meetings, workshops and client activities across multiple stakeholders
• Track risks, dependencies and project updates, escalating where appropriate
• Support project reporting, documentation and governance activities
• Work closely with consultants, programme leads and client stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Help maintain a high-quality client experience throughout each engagement

What we're looking for

• Experience in a project coordination, PMO, consulting support or client delivery role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence working with project plans, actions and deadlines
• A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience within consulting, professional services or a client-facing environment would be advantageous
