Consultant (Junior Project Manager)

At Korn Ferry, we help organisations align strategy and talent to drive performance. As demand for large-scale transformation continues to grow, we're expanding our UK&I Consulting team and are looking for a Consultant to support the successful delivery of client engagements across our Consulting business.

This role is solution-agnostic. While many of our current programmes sit within Assessment & Succession and Leadership & Professional Development, what matters most is your ability to manage project activity, coordinate stakeholders, and help deliver exceptional client experiences.

What you'll do

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of client projects and workstreams
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, resources and key milestones
• Partner with consultants and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor project risks, dependencies and actions, escalating issues where appropriate
• Support project governance, reporting and financial tracking
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder communications
• Contribute to continuous improvement and delivery excellence across engagements

What we're looking for

• Experience in project management, project coordination, consulting delivery or professional services
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence building relationships with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work in ambiguity and bring structure to complex situations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative, proactive and delivery-focused mindset
