This is an exciting time to join a fast-paced production environment that has seen continued investment, including upgrades to PLC systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley), and is expanding engineering support due to increased demand.As the Multi-Skilled Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing an effective maintenance service across the site, covering a mix of PPM and breakdowns, as well as supporting facilities and site services. You’ll be working across a site with three buildings, supporting production by resolving breakdowns quickly, completing planned maintenance, and driving continuous improvement in reliability, hygiene, quality, and performance.You will be buddied up on day shift for the first 2 months to support onboarding and site familiarisation.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Must hold a formal engineering qualification NVQ Level 3 or higher (Electrical or Mechanical)

Desirable Requirements

Experience in Food Manufacturing / FMCG / Pharma environments Apprenticeship / ONC background Ex-Forces backgrounds welcomed
