Dispute Resolution NQ-3 PQE

A well-regarded London law firm is looking to appoint a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) to join its growing team. The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, including commercial contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, shareholder disputes, and contentious private client matters.
• Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex and high-value disputes.
• Take responsibility for running matters independently while maintaining high levels of client service.
• Participate in business development and client relationship management activities.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with NQ-3years' PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Experience managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in developing client relationships.

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to contested probate matters and property-related disputes.
• Familiarity with case management systems and legal technology.
• Experience handling court proceedings, settlement negotiations, and ADR processes.
